How it works

  1. Step 1

    Choose RN, PN or NP

The NCLEX-RN, the NCLEX-PN and the NP certification boards test different scopes. Your pathway sets the blueprint your study plan follows.

  2. Step 2

    Build clinical judgment

Next Generation NCLEX rewards clinical judgment over recall, so lessons teach the reasoning that case items assess.

  3. Step 3

    Practise adaptively

Computer adaptive practice mirrors how the real examination selects items against your demonstrated ability.

  4. Step 4

    Close measured gaps

Results are tracked against test-plan categories so revision goes where performance is actually weak.

Exam and registration guides

  • NCLEX-RNRegistered nurse licensure preparation aligned to the NCSBN test plan and Next Generation item types.
  • NCLEX-PNPractical and vocational nurse licensure preparation mapped to the PN test plan.
  • FNP certificationFamily nurse practitioner certification preparation across the certifying boards.
  • AGPCNP certificationAdult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner certification preparation.

  • WHNP certificationWomen's health nurse practitioner certification preparation.

Why you can rely on this

  • Blueprint-aligned

Content is mapped to the published test plan for each examination, not to a generic nursing syllabus.

  • Boards are not interchangeable

AANPCB and ANCC certifications have separate blueprints. Preparation is kept separate rather than averaged into one generic NP product.

  • Rationale on every question

Each item explains the keyed answer and names the misconception behind each distractor.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between the NCLEX-RN and the NCLEX-PN?
They are separate licensure examinations for separate scopes of practice. The RN examination assesses registered nurse competencies and the PN examination assesses practical and vocational nurse competencies, each against its own published test plan.
What is Next Generation NCLEX?
It refers to the case-based item types and clinical judgment measurement used in the current NCLEX. Preparation that only drills isolated recall does not match how these items are scored.
Is the NCLEX computer adaptive?
The NCLEX uses computer adaptive testing, so item selection responds to your demonstrated ability. Practising adaptively is closer to the real sitting than fixed-length quizzes.
Which NP certification board should I prepare for?
That depends on your population focus and the board you are certifying through. Their blueprints differ, so confirm your board before choosing a study plan.
